Reel Rich Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you play Reel Rich, a mobile game for Android devices published by Linx Gameworks (“Linx Gameworks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and distributed through Google Play. By installing or playing Reel Rich, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
1. Summary
- Reel Rich does not require you to create a Linx Gameworks account, and it does not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, or age.
- Your game progress is saved locally on your device.
- Reel Rich uses Google services to provide optional rewarded ads (Google AdMob), sign-in and achievements (Google Play Games Services), and optional in-app purchases (Google Play Billing). Google may collect and process information when you use these features, as described below and in Google’s own policies.
- Linx Gameworks does not sell your personal information.
2. Information stored on your device
Reel Rich stores your game progress on your device, including items such as in-game currency balances, businesses owned, managers hired, upgrades, and timestamps used to calculate in-game earnings while you are away. This save data is used to run the game and is not sent to Linx Gameworks. Reel Rich does not offer a Linx Gameworks cloud save. If you uninstall the game or clear its app data, your progress may be lost.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Reel Rich offers optional rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are only shown when you choose to watch one, for example to receive an in-game reward. You are never required to watch an ad to keep playing.
To request, display, and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK included in Reel Rich may collect and process information from your device according to Google’s advertising services and policies. Depending on your device and settings, this may include device and advertising identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID), IP address, general device and app information, and information about your interactions with ads. Google may use this information to deliver ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and, where permitted, personalize ads. Linx Gameworks receives advertising performance reports from Google, but does not receive your advertising ID from these reports.
Your Android device settings may allow you to reset or delete your advertising ID or limit ad personalization. You can also review your Google ad settings through My Ad Center.
4. Google Play Games Services
Reel Rich uses Google Play Games Services to sign you in with your Google Play Games profile and to support achievements. When you use these features, Google processes information associated with your Play Games profile, such as your player identifier and achievement progress, according to Google’s policies. Reel Rich does not ask for or have access to your Google account password.
5. In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)
Reel Rich offers optional purchases of Diamonds, an in-game currency, through Google Play Billing. All payments are processed by Google. Linx Gameworks does not receive or store your payment card or bank details. Google Play provides developers with transaction records (for example, the product purchased, order number, date, and price) for purposes such as order management, refunds, and legal and tax obligations. Purchases are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and Google’s payment policies.
6. How we use information
Information described in this policy is used to operate Reel Rich, deliver rewarded ads and in-app purchases, support sign-in and achievements, respond to your questions, and comply with legal obligations. Linx Gameworks does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information is processed by Google as described in the sections above and in Google’s policies.
7. Third-party services and their privacy policies
The Google services used in Reel Rich are operated by Google and are governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them:

8. Children’s privacy
Reel Rich does not ask players to provide their name, contact details, or age, and Linx Gameworks does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads in Reel Rich are provided by Google AdMob, and Google’s handling of data, including data relating to children and to users under the age of digital consent in their country, is governed by Google’s policies and applicable laws, such as the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom.

9. Your choices and rights
You can choose not to watch rewarded ads, not to make in-app purchases, and not to use Google Play Games features. You can remove the game’s locally stored data at any time by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling Reel Rich. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if Reel Rich’s features change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
